On August 31st, Shandong Shangzheng New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. held the Women's Federation Establishment Conference and the First Women's Representative Conference. 20 women representatives attended the conference, and Secretary Jing Xiaodong of Shandong Shangzheng Party Branch attended and delivered a speech.

According to relevant procedures and regulations, women representatives shall elect the first executive committee of Shandong Shangzheng Women's Federation through anonymous voting. Eleven members of the first executive committee of Shandong Shangzheng Women's Federation were elected at the conference. At the first meeting of the first executive committee held afterwards, Fu Jing was elected as the chairman of the Women's Federation, and Zhang Ling and Liu Ye were elected as vice chairmen.
